Why Emily McGonigle Photography?
I am a fashion-inspired portrait photographer, so fun and unique is my forte when it comes to senior portraits. But having your senior portraits done with Emily McGonigle Photography isn’t just about having good photographs made—it’s about the entire experience.
My goal is to give each client a special custom session, built around their personality, style, and vision for their shoot. There is also a hair and makeup artist present during the session to give you a fabulous makeover, and then stay on set to make sure your hair and makeup stay perfect while we shoot. It’s pretty awesome!

The Pre-shoot Consultation
At your pre-shoot consultation, we will get to know each other. I want your session to reflect who you are stylistically and personally, so we’ll spend a large amount of time talking about you and what you like. We’ll also spend time talking about what you envision for your session so that you and I can start working together towards creating a session that is uniquely you!
This is a fun time for us just to hang out and chat before we actually get together to shoot. Of course I’ll also go over what else you can expect from your session at this meeting, as well as full product pricing, and we’ll sign your booking contract.
The Day of the Session
On the day of your session, you'll have your session at my studio, or on-location, or both! Either way, you’ll be pampered by one of my talented, professional hair and makeup artists right before your session. We'll put on a music station based on your favorite artist and hang out, while you relax and get your makeover.
After that, we'll head into the studio or to our first location and create some awesome photos for a few hours! Your session is meant to be fun and relaxed, so there’s no need to stress out about posing. I’ll be guiding you every step of the way, to help you look your best in your photos!
The Image Premier and Ordering Session
After your session, I will get to work fully retouching your final images. My turn around time is typically 4-6 weeks. I like to show my clients finished images, rather than un-edited proofs, so that they know what the end result of what they’re purchasing will look like.
When I’m nearly finished editing your images, we will schedule a time to meet for your Image Premier and Ordering Session. During this session, you will get to see your images for the first time and you’ll pick out which images you would like to put into your album, to have printed as wall art, and select any gift prints you would like to order.
Pricing
Sessions start at $400 and include a pre-shoot consultation, complimentary makeup and hair styling, a 2 hour photo session, and an Image Premier and Ordering Session. All images, prints, and products are purchased separately, and a minimum order of $1000 is required.
Session Wardrobe Stylist Add-On starts at $150 and goes up according to number of outfits.
Photo Albums with High Resolution USB Key start at $1365 and go up according to size.
Wall Canvases start at $460 and go up according to size.
Mounted Gift Prints start at $60 and go up according to size.
Digital-Only Packages start at $1325 and go up according to number of images
Methods of payment accepted include: Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
